Melanie Lynch, MA, BCBA, has worked in the field of special education and developmental disabilities for over 15 years, dedicating her career to supporting individuals and families across all stages of life.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the owner of Rising Tide Behavior, Melanie specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals of all ages, with a strong passion for supporting young adults and adults with developmental and behavioral needs. Her experience spans school-based programs, community settings, adult services, behavior intervention, life skills development, and individualized programming designed to improve quality of life and independence.

Melanie is committed to creating person-centered services that focus on dignity, inclusion, communication, behavioral growth, and meaningful outcomes for every client and family served.
